An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well established domiciliary care service in Dereham. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident operational leader with experience in managing large services, driving compliance and building high performing teams. The branch already has a loyal, knowledgeable and highly supportive team. What they need is an experienced leader who can provide clear direction, operational excellence and strong management to unlock the branchs full potential. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day to day operations of the domiciliary branch. * Maintain exceptional CQC compliance and governance standards. * Mobilise new care packages and contracts. * Generate new private domiciliary care and live in care opportunities. * Provide leadership and support to the office team. * Identify new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities. * Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. About you * Experience managing busy, fast paced domiciliary services operating at high hours of care. * Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC. * Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions. * Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast moving environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
