\n Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a new role from September?

\n Monarch Education are working with a secondary school in the Midsomer Norton area who are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from the start of the new academic year.

The role
\n As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping pupils develop their knowledge and understanding across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

\n This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about inspiring young people, promoting curiosity and supporting pupils to achieve their potential in Science.

You will be:
\n * Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
\n * Delivering engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
\n * Supporting pupils with scientific knowledge, enquiry skills and practical understanding
\n * Planning and delivering lessons in line with the curriculum where required
\n * Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
\n * Promoting a safe, organised and positive learning environment
\n * Encouraging curiosity, confidence and independent thinking
\n * Working closely with department staff and senior leaders
\n * Following safeguarding procedures, health and safety expectations and school policies at all times

We are looking for someone who is:
\n * A qualified teacher with QTS
\n * Experienced or confident teaching Science in a UK secondary school setting
\n * Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
\n * Passionate about Science and pupil progress
\n * Flexible, reliable and professional
\n * Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly
\n * Calm and confident with classroom management
\n * Organised, proactive and adaptable
\n * Committed to supporting pupil progress, confidence and wellbeing

Requirements:
\n * Qualified Teacher Status
\n * Experience teaching Science in a UK school setting
\n * Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
\n * Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
\n * Right to work in the UK
\n * Willingness to complete registration, compliance and safeguarding checks
