Registered Manager (Pre-Registration), Children's Residential Home | Tooting Location: Tooting, London Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent An Opportunity to Build a Home From the Ground Up Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to create something exceptional? We're recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the registration and opening of a brand-new children's residential home in Tooting, London. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a service before it opens its doors. As the founding Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, values and success of the home from day one, creating an environment where children and young people can feel safe, supported and empowered to thrive. You'll be supported throughout the registration process by an experienced senior leadership team who are committed to investing in both the home and the people who work within it. The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you'll lead the home through its Ofsted registration before taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the service.
