Office Manager/PA Swindon Permanent – Full Time Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced, highly organised Office Manager/PA to join our clients based in Swindon. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with previous experience within the window and door industry. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the office, support the wider team, and ensure everything operates efficiently behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. * Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within required timescales. * Act as a second pair of eyes, checking that office administration is completed correctly and to a high standard. * Support and guide the office administration team to ensure workloads are managed effectively. * Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing excellent customer service. * Manage sales appointments, ensuring they are allocated efficiently. * Schedule and coordinate remedial appointments and aftercare work. * Monitor office workflows, identify any issues, and implement improvements where necessary. * Work closely with directors, surveyors, installers and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly. * Provide PA support to the directors where required, helping to prioritise workloads and keep the business organised. * Step in and assist with t...
