The service supports adults living with complex dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated nursing needs. Care is tailored to each individual, with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing, safety and independence. The role As the Registered Nurse on shift, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while leading and supporting the wider care team throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: * Assessing, planning and reviewing residents’ nursing needs * Developing and maintaining personalised care plans * Administering and managing medication safely * Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their health or behaviour * Supporting people with dementia, mental health conditions and learning disabilities * Managing complex or challenging situations calmly and professionally * Leading and supporting care staff during night shifts * Completing accurate clinical records and documentation * Conducting clear and effective handovers * Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and ext...
