You will be responsible for shaping and delivering our long-term asset management building safety compliance sustainability and regeneration strategies ensuring our homes remain safe sustainable and fit for the future.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse property portfolio oversee significant investment and regeneration programmes and act as the executive lead for building safety and statutory compliance. You will work closely with the Board residents regulators and key partners to drive innovation improve resident outcomes and deliver lasting value for our communities.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in asset management property or regeneration. Strategic commercially aware and resident-focused you will have experience of leading large-scale investment and compliance programmes building effective partnerships and delivering organisational change. An excellent communicator you will bring the credibility leadership and vision needed to drive innovation ensure regulatory compliance and have an unwavering commitment to involvement of residents personal integrity professionalism and accountability.

The Company
WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing.
