We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day workshop operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. The business specialises in producing high-quality bespoke products for prestigious commercial and residential projects, working on impressive developments including major corporate offices and luxury properties. Location: Kettering Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Overtime: Paid at 1.5x Duties: Lead and manage daily factory operations, overseeing a team of 11 employees across CNC Machining, Polishing, Saw Operations and Yard functions. Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved. Monitor production performance, efficiency and key operational KPIs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
