A successful 11–18 school in Bridgnorth is seeking a meticulous Data & Exams Assistant to support the smooth running of assessment and examination processes from January 2026.
The Role
Reporting to the Data Manager and Exams Officer, you will:
Support data entry, reporting and maintenance on the school MIS
Assist with exam entries, timetables and candidate organisation
Prepare exam venues, papers and seating plans
Manage secure storage and JCQ-compliant handling of exam materials
Support results processing and report generation
Provide admin support during mock exams
The School
The school has a strong academic reputation and excellent organisational systems. The Data & Exams team is experienced, calm under pressure and committed to accuracy. Training will be provided for JCQ and MIS systems.
