Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join an established logistics business based in Stalybridge.
\nOur client operates a consistent trunking operation, offering depot-to-depot work with no manual handling involved.
\nWhat's on offer?
\n- \n
- Full-time permanent position \n
- Working week of Monday to Friday \n
- Shifts starting 8am start, lasting 8 to 12 hours \n
- Night shift also available if you'd prefer that \n
- Paid at £17.93 per hour - inclusive of holiday pay \n
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include:
\n- \n
- Completing depot-to-depot trunking work \n
- Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times \n
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately \n
To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need:
\n- \n
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience \n
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards \n
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes \n
