Commercial Investment Manager | Manchester | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | £70,000-£75,000 + bonusJob Overview:Axon Moore are once again working exclusively with an outstanding organisation based in South Manchester, who are truly market distributors as they continue their exciting growth story. Formed in 2020, as a small group of highly qualified professional, our client provides professional services support across a variety of sectors. What this means on the ground, is a group of individuals, each who bring a specialist skillset and background to support the ongoing development of this commercially focused and highly aspiring organisation. Working alongside the Group Financial Controller, this role will have a commercial remit, working closely with the Chief Investment Officer to provide integral analysis on future investment opportunities. Main Duties:• Commercially-led Finance role, reporting to Group Financial Controller.• Required to provide additional capacity in the team following expansion of the business.• Primary responsibility for supporting the Commercial and Group investment portfolio, including investment modelling of new opportunities and ongoing financial compliance, working hand in hand with Chief Investment Officer and Investment Managers.• Exposure to Investment Committees in relation to presenting new claims proposed for investment.• Some involvement in day-to-day accounting and regular management reporting, though this is primarily looked after by existing Finance Manager. • Ad hoc analysis and project work as necessary.Person Specification:• ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified.• Relevant experience of commercial analytics and financial modelling. • Able to support the business function and senior management team.• Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.• Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.• Advanced Excel skill set.For immediate consideration or more information on the role, please contact Joe Develing at .INDFIN
