Front of House Event Staff (Food Service & Till Operations)\nLocation: Stoke on Trent
\nPay Rate: £14 per hour
\nContract: Temporary / Event-Based
\nHours: Thursday-Sunday 11:00am-19:00pm
Join Our Team!\nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to support a busy pop-up food event. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
\n\nAs part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for serving customers, operating tills, processing payments, and ensuring visitors have a positive experience throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. \n
- Taking food and drink orders. \n
- Operating tills and handling card/cash payments accurately. \n
- Serving food and beverages efficiently. \n
- Assisting with queue management during busy periods. \n
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of serving areas. \n
- Restocking items and supporting the wider event team as required. \n
- Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety standards. \n

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering, or event work is desirable but not essential. \n
- Confident using tills and handling customer transactions. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- A positive, can-do attitude with a friendly approach. \n
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy event environment. \n
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. \n
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required. \n
