Site Supervisor – Outdoor Event Structures
Shipbourne, Tonbridge, Kent TN11 | Seasonal (May – September)

You’ll need:
• Strong practical skills and initiative
• Confidence leading a team
• A good eye for detail and presentation
• Physical fitness for outdoor work
• A full UK driving licence
We’re looking for someone practical, organised and confident who can lead a team on site.
You’ll be:
• Leading Luxury Sailcloth Tent installations and dismantles
• Running the crew and keeping builds efficient
• Solving on-site problems when plans change
• Training newer team members
• Maintaining equipment and keeping standards high
• Ensuring health & safety on site
Most builds involve leading a team of 8–12 people, depending on the installation.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership on site, lead the team properly, and make decisions when needed.
You don’t have to come from the marquee industry.
What matters most is practical problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to keep a team moving on site.
Great candidates often come from backgrounds such as:
• Carpentry
• Construction
• Scaffolding
• Stage/rigging
• Landscaping
• General skilled trades
