Brand-New State-of-the-Art Food Manufacturing Facility
\nWe're recruiting experienced Food Production Line Leaders to join a modern, purpose-built food manufacturing site in Chadderton, Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks with a growing business.
Pay Rates\nAM Shift (06:00 - 14:00): £14.28 per hour
PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £14.28 per hour
Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00): £17.14 per hour
As a Food Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the production line while ensuring food safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nLeading and motivating a team of production operatives
Carrying out CCP (Critical Control Point) checks
Monitoring and recording product temperatures
Checking ingredient measurements and ensuring recipe accuracy
Supervising the production of ready meals
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, quality, and health & safety
Completing production paperwork accurately
Supporting continuous improvement and meeting production targets
Previous experience as a Line Leader within a food manufacturing environment
Experience carrying out CCP checks
Knowledge of temperature monitoring and ingredient measurement
Experience working with ready meals or similar food products
Strong communication and leadership skills
A good understanding of food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks
