\n Take on the role of Mechanical Construction Manager with a rapidly growing main contractor operating within the thriving mission-critical construction sector. \n In this role, you will oversee the mechanical installation and delivery of complex, mission-critical projects for a leading technical construction company renowned for its innovative approach and exceptional quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful on-site delivery, driving progress, quality, and safety across all mechanical works.

Your Role as a Mechanical Construction Manager Will Include:

- Overseeing the on-site mechanical installation, coordination, and delivery of large-scale mission-critical construction projects. \n
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. \n
- Driving daily progress meetings, reporting on milestones, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. \n
- Collaborating closely with design, commercial, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution. \n
- Ensuring adherence to company procedures, health & safety regulations, and client specifications. \n
\n
As a Mechanical Construction Manager, You Will Have:
\n
- \n
- A strong mechanical background within building services or industrial construction. \n
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects. \n
- Experience overseeing the installation of mechanical building services, including HVAC, pipework, plumbing, chilled water, heating systems, and associated mechanical plant. \n
- The ability to lead site teams effectively, resolve technical issues, and maintain a proactive approach to project delivery. \n
- Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility to travel or stay away as needed. \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. \n
