This is a full operational role handling import and export shipments from quotation through to final invoicing. The position has a strong ocean freight bias, although candidates from air freight, road freight or multimodal backgrounds will also be considered. Training can be provided on freight modes you have not previously handled. The role Manage ocean import and export shipments Handle the full process from quotation through to invoicing Act as the main point of contact for customers Provide accurate quotations and shipment updates Book freight with shipping lines, carriers and overseas agents Arrange collections, deliveries and international transport Prepare and check shipping documentation Complete customs documentation where required Monitor shipments and resolve delays or operational issues ...
