We are pleased to be instructed on a new Senior Associate opportunity for an ambitious Energy & Infrastructure Project Finance lawyer to join one of the market's premier international platforms. This is a strategic appointment, within a globally recognised practice that continues to invest heavily in its projects capability, offering access to an exceptional client base and a consistent flow of complex, cross-border work The Band 1 practice advises sponsors, lenders, investors, infrastructure funds, financial institutions and public sector bodies on the financing of major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and internationally. The work spans the full spectrum of infrastructure and project finance, including acquisition finance, project finance, PPPs, portfolio and fund financings, refinancings and restructurings, with a particularly strong focus on renewables, energy transition, utilities, transport and digital infrastructure. Associates are given genuine responsibility, significant client exposure and a clear pathway for progression within a team that is recognised as a leader in its field. The firm is keen to speak with high-calibre lawyers from leading City, international or US firms who have developed strong infrastructure and/or project finance experience.
