The Quality Strategy / Transformation Lead will play a critical role in defining and driving the quality strategy, governance framework, and operating model for a large-scale commercial banking transformation programme. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, programme leadership, engineering teams, and delivery partners, you will provide programme-level quality leadership, helping establish consistent quality standards, risk management practices, and governance processes across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 10+ years of experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Quality Leadership roles. • Proven experience defining and implementing quality strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, or transformation initiatives within complex delivery environments. • Demonstrated programme-level leadership experience across large-scale transformation initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior business and technology leaders. • Experience establishing quality metrics, reporting frameworks, governance processes, and risk management practices. • Experience coordinating quality outcomes across multiple delivery teams, vendors, and workstreams. • Experience working within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments. • Strong understanding of modern quality engineering principles and how quality practices support successful programme delivery.
