What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager : * Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed. * Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery. * Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver a smooth, efficient service.
• Support, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment. * Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service. About you, our new Restaurant Manager : * Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry. * Ideally have previous experience in a high end venue or fine dining. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
