\n\nWe are recruiting a team of Production operators wanted for a famous packaging and bottling plant within the Runcorn area. You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience ideally with Fast-moving Consumable Goods experience either from the food or beverage industry. If you possess a current FLT licence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow detailed processes, please apply :
\n\nRole name & details:
\n\nProduction operator with FLT licence
\n12-hour shifts
\n7am - 7pm days / Nights 7pm - 7am average hours over a month 40
\nhours weekly.
\nStarting pay on training rate 13.45 p/h sign off will be within
\nthe first 12 weeks then the pay rate increases to 20.95p/h- overtime 27.86 p/h
\nOther overtime rates could apply dependent on shift @ 30.64 p/h
\n& 35.36 p/h
\n\nSkills Required:
\nExcellent attention to detail
\nProven ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently
\nA strong understanding of health and safety practices within a
\nproduction environment
\nPrevious experience in a production or machine operating
\nposition is essential
\nGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively as
\npart of a team.
\nCurrent FLT counterbalance either RTITB or ITSSAR
\nStrong work ethic
