About the RoleAs a Senior Support Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a nurturing, family-style residential home.
Alongside providing high-quality care, you'll support and guide staff on shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while helping young people build confidence, independence and positive life experiences.
