Summary:
The Interim Waste Services Improvement & Operational Resilience Consultant will provide specialist expertise to support Rugby Borough Councils Waste Services Improvement Programme.The consultant will lead improvement initiatives review operational processes implement best practice and coach managers to build long-term organisational capability. This consultancy assignment is focused on delivering lasting operational resilience and is not a replacement for the substantive Waste Services Team Manager position.
