Mae ein Cynlluniau Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig yn anelu at reoli, gwella a diogelu ein Tirweddau Dynodedig, yn ogystal â chymunedau ffermio a’r economi leol.
Rydym bellach yn chwilio am Gynghorydd Cynllun Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig (INRS) i ymuno â ni ar sail amser llawn – gan weithio 37 awr yr wythnos – ar gontract cyfnod penodol tan 31 Mawrth 2029.

Y Rôl
Fel Cynghorydd Cynllun Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig (INRS), byddwch yn cefnogi cyflawniad prosiect Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri ac yn canolbwyntio ar helpu ffermwyr i fabwysiadu arferion ffermio adfywiol.
Yn benodol, byddwch yn cydlynu ymgysylltiad prosiectau a ffermwyr, gan eu helpu i ddod o hyd i’r cyllid cywir, cynorthwyo gyda cheisiadau a monitro’r cyflawniad.

About Us
Eryri National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park.
Our Integrated Natural Resource Schemes aim to manage, enhance and protect our Designated Landscapes, as well as farming communities and the local economy.
We are now looking for an Integrated Natural Resource Scheme (INRS) Advisor to join us on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2029.

The Role
As an Integrated Natural Resource Scheme (INRS) Advisor, you will support the delivery of the Ffermio Adfywiol Tirweddau Eryri project and focus on helping farmers adopt regenerative farming practices.
Specifically, you will co-ordinate project and farmer engagement, helping them find the right funding, assisting with applications and monitoring delivery.
About You
To be considered as an Integrated Natural Resource Scheme (INRS) Advisor, you will need:
– Welsh language skills
– Experience working with farmers and land managers to achieve conservation objectives
– Practical conservation experience
– Excellent IT skills
– A degree-level qualification in an agricultural or land-based discipline, or significant directly relevant experience
– A full driving licence and the ability to travel as required
Please note, this role will involve working in remote areas and on rough terrain.
