Support Navigator - Mental Health
Location: Service locations and outreach with regular office visits
Salary: £24,784 to £31,393 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 37.5 per week - 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
Other info: You can pick up sleep-in shifts but these are not mandatory
