In this role, you will:

• Carry out site inspections across a varied project portfolio
  

• Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations
  

• Provide clear, practical guidance to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  

• Produce accurate reports and maintain detailed records
  

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure standards and compliance are consistently met
  

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Experience within Building Control, inspection, or a closely related discipline
  

• Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices
  

• The ability to manage your own workload and operate independently
  

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  

• Registration as a Building Inspector (Class 2D–2F+), with Class 3G/H or 2F also considered
  

• Previous site-based experience essential
