  • Help create a safe, engaging, and professional learning environment.
  • Support students in developing practical skills where appropriate.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is confident working in a workshop environment.
  • Has experience with woodworking, carpentry, engineering, manufacturing, or similar practical trades (desirable).
  • Has a good understanding of health and safety procedures when using tools and machinery.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with young people.
  • Is flexible, reliable, and willing to support a busy technical department.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting is welcomed but not essential.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work in a unique STEM-focused educational environment.
  • A supportive and friendly team.
  • Opportunities for training and professional development.
  • Access to modern workshop facilities and equipment.
  • The chance to make a real difference to students' education and future careers.

If you are passionate about practical work and enjoy helping others learn and succeed, we would love to hear from you.
