A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Funds and Investment Management practice in London. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established funds platform, known for its technical strength, cross-border capability, and consistent involvement in complex, high-value transactions.
The Team
The team is band 1 ranked and the practice covers both manager and investor side private funds and investment management. The team’s clients range from boutique and emerging fund managers to globally regarded investment managers and institutional investors. The role offers:
- a range of GP and LP side work;
- the opportunity to work closely with the international funds group, as well as the tax, regulatory and other sector teams in the UK, Europe, APAC and beyond;
- opportunities to develop client relationships, for business development and to raise both your and the firms’ profile;

About You
You will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales (or a comparable common law jurisdiction) with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading law firm. Ideally, you will have broad private funds experience across an array of asset classes including private equity, credit and real estate.
