We're looking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in South Gloucestershire that believes every child should feel valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their very best.

What you'll be doing
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
- Helping to deliver personalised learning activities and support strategies
- Encouraging independence, confidence and a love of learning
- Working alongside teachers, SEND staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for the pupil
- Creating a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe to succeed
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs
- Builds positive relationships through patience, empathy and encouragement
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Can adapt to meet the changing needs of individual pupils
- Holds relevant qualifications or SEND training, although this isn't essential if you have the right experience and attitude
What you'll receive
- £14.25 to £15.50 per hour, depending on experience
