Package & Benefits\n
\n • Salary of £24,000 to £26,500 per annum, depending on experience.\n
\n • Uncapped monthly bonus, with experienced handlers typically earning an additional £200 to £1,000+ per month based on performance.\n
\n • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days with length of service, plus Bank Holidays.\n
\n • Hybrid working after successful completion of probation, with up to two days working from home each week.\n
\n • £750 loyalty bonus after three years' service.\n
\n • Attendance bonus, referral scheme, staff incentives, health and wellbeing programme, dress down Fridays, and free onsite parking.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n • Manage total loss claims from referral through to settlement, delivering fair, accurate, and efficient customer outcomes.\n
\n • Negotiate vehicle valuations, storage and recovery costs, and settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party insurers.\n
\n • Support customers following vehicle write-offs, managing expectations while protecting commercial outcomes.\n
\n • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver an outstanding claims experience.\n
\n
About You\n
\n • Previous motor claims handling experience is essential.\n
\n • Experience negotiating vehicle valuations, settlements, or total loss claims within a claims environment.\n
\n • Experience working within a customer-focused claims or insurance environment with strong knowledge of the motor claims process.\n
\n
