Responsibilities * Responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive emerging talent programmes—including apprenticeships and graduate programmes—within Veolia. * Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives; build key partnerships with educational institutions and create effective learning pathways for emerging talent. * Responsible for the full life cycle of emerging talent programmes: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, recognition and benefits, progression, performance, retain/exit and alumni. * Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and participant development. * Oversee the apprenticeship provision, including early careers and upskilling, utilizing this learning intervention to drive career learning through Veolia while maximizing the spend of Veolias apprenticeship levy. Requirements * Previous recruitment experience in either agency or in‑house environments—ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships. * Demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in programme development, stakeholder management and apprenticeship frameworks. * Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners. * Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
