Full job description

Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker in our newly opening specialist residential service in Hirwaun CF44 9UD and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. Joining our Specialist Services team means working with some of the most complex individuals we support.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.
Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
