Registered Manager - Childrens Residential Home Ramsgate, Kent Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and operational performance. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive, while maintaining compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
