KONE is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. Basedfromour Glasgow officeyoullbe part of our Delivery Operations team supporting the successful delivery of projects across the region. Reporting to the Delivery Operations Manageryoullprovide administrative and operational support throughout the delivery phase of our projects from handover by Sales through to customer handover and transition to Service.
Working closely with Project Managers and Construction Managersyoullhelp ensure projects are delivered efficientlyaccuratelyand in line with KONE processes.
Whatyoullbe doing
Support Project Managers and Construction Managers with day-to-day project administration.
Monitor project costsforecastsand financial performance highlighting any variances.
Maintain project documentation and ensure records areaccurateand up to date.
Coordinate purchase requestsgoods receiptsand invoice processing.
Support change order administration and project close-out activities.
Prepare customer and project documentation ensuring approvals and signatures are obtained on time.
Coordinatelabourplanning subcontractordocumentationand installation administration in partnership with the Construction Manager and Installation Resource Manager.
Whatwerelooking for
Experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
Strongorganisationalskills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working with financial information and project data.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
