The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Back to join our bar team. Supporting our bartenders, you will play a key role in ensuring the bar operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career within luxury hospitality.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
Prepare and replenish ice, mixers, and other bar essentials throughout service.
Collect, wash, and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards.
Keep the bar and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries in line with stock procedures.
Help with setting up and closing down the bar each day.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and organisation.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
