We are recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist school in Chelmsford that supports children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to trauma, behavioural challenges, or special educational needs (SEN). As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, building trusting relationships that encourage engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. You will support students in developing positive behaviours, managing their emotions, and accessing learning in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
