Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to organisational standards and client specifications
Oversee food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with health regulations
Coordinate with clients to meet specific culinary requirements
Ensure all food preparation adheres to organisational recipes and presentation standards
