R Tindall Fabricators is a growing manufacturing business supplying fabricated pipework solutions to customers across the UK and internationally. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years, increasing from a single-site operation to multiple locations and establishing an international presence in Dubai. With ambitious plans for further expansion, the company is now investing in the systems, processes and people required to support the next stage of its journey.
The Role:
We are looking to appoint a Head of Supply Chain to lead the development of a more structured and scalable supply chain function.
This is a newly created role that will take ownership of purchasing, inventory management, supplier performance and international supply chain activities. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will review current processes, introduce forecasting and planning disciplines, improve stock control and develop stronger supplier relationships across both UK and international markets.
