Set in an idyllic island location on theNorth Lakes in Cumbria.Beautiful inside and out.This 2AA rosette venue located within a 4* boutique hotel are looking for a Restaurant Manager. We are looking for the person who can demonstrate they have a love of fresh, local fine foodprepared by our clients highly accredited chef teamand served by their award winning front of house team.

As Restaurant Manager you will be integral to running the business

• No problem too big or too small, you are the 'go to person and our client couldnt do it without you.
\n
• You will be the first point of contact for your team, leading from the front as you support their performance and development at work.You'll be the problem solver, responsible for delivering the highest level of service. Someone who can spot any potential issues, ensures a smooth delivery and loves staff management as well as guest interaction.

• The salary for this position is 25000-27000 along with live in accommodation available.
