We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and embed a culture of high-performing teams across the site.
\nAs a key member of the Site Leadership Team, the successful Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for delivering strategic improvement programmes, cost savings, and operational efficiencies while acting as the site's subject matter expert in Lean Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
