POSITION SUMMARY

As SUSHISAMBA Bartender key aspects of your role will include:

• Deliver the highest level of personalised service to our guests
• Prepare drink orders for guests including bespoke W Hotels cocktails
• Issue open and serve wine and champagne
• Assist the W Lounge floor team during peak periods when required
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar and tables
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
• Stock ice glassware and paper supplies
• Transport supplies to bar set-up areas
• Wash glassware
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
• Process all payment methods
• Secure liquors beers wine coolers cabinets and storage areas

Our ideal SUSHISAMBA Bartender is someone who has:

• Previous experience working in high-end high-volume restaurants and/or bars
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to create memorable experiences for guests
• A positive mindset
• A genuine passion for working in hospitality
