A highly respected, employee-owned Building Control consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Building Control to join its Hinckley office and become a key member of the Senior Management Team.
The successful Associate Director - Building Control will take on a dual strategic and operational position, combining senior leadership responsibilities with team management and hands-on project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director - Building Control seeking genuine influence over business growth, service development and future company direction.
The Associate Director - Building Control's RoleThe Associate Director - Building Control will lead and develop a team of Registered Building Inspectors while overseeing the consistent delivery of high-quality Building Control, fire safety and associated consultancy services.
Alongside contributing to business strategy, the Associate Director - Building Control will manage their own portfolio of clients and projects. The Associate Director - Building Control will also support operational performance, workload planning, technical standards and team development.
