Senior Product Payments Manager Europe
We are seeking a Senior Manager to own the expansion and optimization of Western Unions Funds In methods acrossEurope.
This roleis responsible forgrowingcoverage of Funds In methods acrossEuropecorridors improving conversion and authorization rates while ensuring all Funds In methods meet compliance and scheme requirements. The role sits within the global Payments Product organization and works closely with Engineering compliancebusinessand external partners across the region.
Responsibilities
Own theEuropefunds-in product roadmapidentifyingFunds In coverage gaps by corridor and prioritizing integrations based on volume revenueopportunityand customer demand.
Evaluate and onboard new Funds In methods such as local real-time rails debit/credit card wallets banktransfersand digital assets.
Define and track key Funds In performance metrics such as acceptance rates and authorization rates.
Identifyand deliver initiatives to improve conversion across the Funds In funnel.
Partner with processors acquirers cardnetworksand wallet providers to manageintegrationdelivery and ongoing performance management.
Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure all Funds In methods meet regulatory requirements AML obligations card schemerulesand chargeback controls.
Build business cases for new Funds In method integrations performing market analysis quantifying revenue impact incremental volume implementationcostand risk.
Prepare and present regular funds-in performance reporting against OKRs for regional and global stakeholders.
Mentor and develop associate-leveland mid-levelproduct managers on the Funds In team.
Requirements
7 years of productmanagement experience with at least 5 years working directly on payments.
Strong understanding of FundsInEconomics.
Demonstratedtrack recordof owning a product roadmap and shipping end-to-end.
Data-driven approach to product decisions. Able to define funnel metrics anditerateresults.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable preparing and presenting executive-level materials.
Familiarity with card scheme rules (Visa / Mastercard) and acquirer relationships inEuropemarkets.
Undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent experience.
