As customer engagement continues to play a pivotal role in their success, they are looking for a hands-on Senior CRM Executive to help drive the next phase of their customer lifecycle strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where CRM is a major revenue channel. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the CRM function during a key trading period before moving into a collaborative long-term structure. The Role As Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, building and optimising customer communications across email, SMS and other owned channels, ensuring every campaign is relevant, engaging and commercially effective. Working closely with Performance, Brand and Ecommerce teams, you'll use customer insight, segmentation and data to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value across multiple international markets.
