We are currently recruiting for aPMShiftSupervisorto join us at ourMaidstoneDepot. Were always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. In fact, we never stand still, we work hard, make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.
Our PM Shift also knows as Twilight typically runs 14:00-22:00 dependant on volumes working any 5 days in 7,full flexibility required to cover the operation.
Job Purpose:
OurPMShift Warehouse Supervisoris a key role working with our Day Shift Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation in our Depot where you will lead teams ofLoaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer.
About the Role:
Youll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. Working under the Dayshift Manager, you will support your Depot by providing strong man-management to all front-line staff on your shift.
