The Marketing & Patient Engagement Manager is responsible for growing the practice through exceptional patient communication marketing initiatives and community engagement. The role combines external marketing (70%) with internal marketing and brand support (30%) to ensure the practice continues to attract retain and delight patients while maintaining a strong consistent brand across all touchpoints.
The Marketing & Patient Engagement Manager will become an ambassador for the practice helping patients feel informed welcomed and confident in choosing our services. They will play a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring every marketing activity reflects the values and reputation of the practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with relationship-building and wants to make a genuine impact on both patient experience and practice success.
The successful candidate will be creative organised proactive and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience.
