Job Description

Project Manager is responsible for leading projects end-to-end ensuring delivery on time within scope and to a high standard of quality. This role combines strong project execution with continuous improvement and stakeholder management acting as a trusted partner to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution by facilitating collaboration across stakeholders tracking delivery against agreed milestones and proactively managing risks issues and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously ensuring delivery on time within scope and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as a customer and partner advocate ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve processes reduce time to revenue and enhance implementation efficiency.
• Maintain full ownership of project documentation including project plans RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and meeting minutes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management best practices and support audit preparation and compliance activities.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and customers.
• Facilitate workshops lead stakeholder discussions and support resolution of project risk issues and stakeholder conflicts when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning risk management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner PMP Agile Project Management certification or equivalent project management qualification (desirable)
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
