Commercial Property Surveyor
Permanent | Part-Time (3–4 Days Per Week) | Hybrid Working AvailableGrade 8 - £37,280 to £40,777 per annum (£18,640 to £20,388 pro rata)
A Staffordshire based local authority is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Surveyor to join its property team and play a key role in managing and enhancing the Council's commercial portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking for a flexible, part-time position within local government, managing a diverse range of industrial and retail assets while contributing to the Council's wider asset management objectives.
The Role
As Commercial Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the effective management of the Council's commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are well managed, income is maximised, and opportunities for value creation are identified.
