\n Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible supply work from September?

\n Monarch Education are working with schools across Swindon who are looking for reliable, adaptable and confident QTS Teachers to support teaching and learning from the start of the new academic year.

The role
\n As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning during teacher absence.

\n This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work, day-to-day supply, short-term cover or the possibility of longer-term placements depending on school requirements.

You will be:
\n * Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
\n * Creating a positive and focused classroom environment
\n * Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
\n * Supporting pupils to stay engaged and make progress
\n * Adapting teaching approaches to meet different learning needs
\n * Working closely with school staff and senior leaders
\n * Providing feedback to teaching staff where required
\n * Following safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times

We are looking for someone who is:
\n * A qualified teacher with QTS
\n * Confident delivering lessons in different school settings
\n * Flexible, reliable and professional
\n * Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly
\n * Calm and confident with classroom management
\n * Organised, proactive and adaptable
\n * Committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements:
\n * Qualified Teacher Status
\n * Experience teaching in a UK school setting
\n * Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
\n * Right to work in the UK
\n * Willingness to complete registration, compliance and safeguarding checks
