This isnt just an administrative role. Youll help ensure that our management information is trusted our funding is protected and our teams have the insight they need to deliver outstanding outcomes for learners and employers.
What Youll Achieve
Success in this role isnt measured by how many records you processits measured by the difference your work makes.Within your first year youll help us to:
- Maintain learner data accuracy above 99.5%.
- Deliver accurate on-time monthly ILR submissions.
- Ensure learner records are complete compliant and audit-ready.
- Improve the quality and reliability of management information across the organisation.
- Reduce manual administration by identifying smarter ways of working.
- Become a trusted source of support for colleagues across the business.
Youll take ownership of:
- Maintaining accurate learner and employer records.
- Supporting monthly ILR submissions and funding compliance.
- Producing accurate operational reports and management information.
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues before they become problems.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Working with colleagues to improve processes and data quality.
- Helping develop more efficient automated ways of working.
Youll be trusted to manage your workload make informed decisions and recommend improvementsnot simply follow a checklist.

Essential
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
- The ability to analyse information and identify inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- A desire to continuously improve the way things are done.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working within an Independent Training Provider college or education setting.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships or DfE funding.
- Experience using learner management systems such as Bud.
- Experience producing reports or dashboards.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
