Female Support Worker (Maternity Cover) - Part Time (16.5 Hours per Week)

Make a Difference Every Day!

We are looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, supporting three individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives.

About the Role

• Fixed-term maternity cover contract.

• Part-time position working 16.5 hours per week.

• Supporting three individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

• Flexible shift patterns including early shifts, late shifts, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts (10:00pm till 7:00am).

• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.
