MISSION STATEMENT

At Cresco we aim to lead the nations cannabis industry with a focus on regulatory compliance product consistency and customer satisfaction. Our operations bring legitimacy to the cannabis industry by acting with the highest level of integrity strictly adhering to regulations and promoting the clinical efficacy of cannabis. As Cresco grows we will operate with the same level of professionalism and precision in each new market we move in to.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Tuesday - Friday 6AM - 4:30PM

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring packaging and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit stand kneel and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location market compensation data skills experience and other relevant factors.
